Who We Are
This policy covers Nexx Burger (“we”, “us”) and the website at nexxburger.com. We run restaurants in Downey, Orange, and Santa Ana, California.
What We Collect
Catering inquiries. When you send the catering truck form, we receive your name, email, phone, company (if you give one), event date, time, address, guest count, event type, your menu selections and estimated total, and any notes.
Job applications. When you apply on our Careers page, we receive your name, email, phone, the position and location you choose, your work experience, your cover letter, and the resume file you upload.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address and your message.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. It collects device type, browser, approximate location, the site that referred you, and pages viewed. See Google’s privacy policy.
Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard logs, including IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.
Online Ordering
“Order Online” takes you to Toast, which handles your order and payment under Toast’s own privacy policy. We don’t receive your card details.
How We Use It
To answer your catering inquiry, to review your job application, to reply to your messages, to improve this website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services that run this website: Netlify (hosting and form submissions) and Google (analytics and email).
Your Choices
Our forms are optional. You can call or visit any location instead. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
California residents: under the CCPA / CPRA you can ask to see or delete the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell personal information. Email customerservice@nexxburger.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
