Who We Are

This policy covers Nexx Burger (“we”, “us”) and the website at nexxburger.com. We run restaurants in Downey, Orange, and Santa Ana, California.

What We Collect

Catering inquiries. When you send the catering truck form, we receive your name, email, phone, company (if you give one), event date, time, address, guest count, event type, your menu selections and estimated total, and any notes.

Job applications. When you apply on our Careers page, we receive your name, email, phone, the position and location you choose, your work experience, your cover letter, and the resume file you upload.

Email. If you email us, we receive your address and your message.

Newsletter. When you sign up for Nexx News, we receive your email address and, if you give them, your mobile number, your usual location, and which boxes you checked.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. It collects device type, browser, approximate location, the site that referred you, and pages viewed. See Google’s privacy policy.

Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard logs, including IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.

Online Ordering

“Order Online” takes you to Toast, which handles your order and payment under Toast’s own privacy policy. We don’t receive your card details.

How We Use It

To answer your catering inquiry, to review your job application, to reply to your messages, to improve this website, and to prevent spam and abuse.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services that run this website: Netlify (hosting and form submissions) and Google (analytics and email).

Your Choices

Our forms are optional. You can call or visit any location instead. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

California residents: under the CCPA / CPRA you can ask to see or delete the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell personal information. Email customerservice@nexxburger.com.

Emails and Text Messages

Emails. If you check the email box on our signup form, we send occasional news and specials. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Texts. We text you only if you check a text-message box and give us your mobile number. The box on our catering form covers texts about your catering order. The box on our job application covers texts about your application only, and applying never requires it. Typing a number without checking a box does not sign you up. The offers-and-news box on our signup form covers up to 4 messages a month. Texts may be sent using automated technology, including AI-assisted replies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your number stays with us. We never sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. We keep a record of when and how you agreed, to show carriers that you asked for our texts.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
