$1,750 + TAX FOOD MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR ALL CATERING TRUCK EVENTS

ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY
• Starting at $1,750 + tax – Food Minimum Required for all catering Truck events.
• To guarantee your reservation, we require $500 deposit and signed contract. The deposit will be applied to the overall cost of the event.
• Final payment is due 10 days before the event date.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks forfeit deposit.
• 14 days before event to modify menu.
• Standard service time is 1.5 hours and $225 for each additional 1/2 hour.
• Our Truck can accommodate 275 guests per hour (Cheeseburger & Grilled Cheese – Veggie Combos Only, without customizations).
• Suggested menu for 200 or more guests: Single Cheeseburger & Grilled Cheese – Veggie Combos.
• Nexx Burger Trucks will travel 1 hour and 60 miles roundtrip. Each additional 30 minutes of drive time is $200 and $4.25 per mile.
• A $400 late night fee will apply to events scheduled between the hours of 9:00pm – 11:59pm.
• A $550 late night fee will apply to events scheduled between the hours 12:00am – 7:00am.
• A $350 holiday fee will be applied to the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Superbowl Sunday.
